What Brand of Refurbished ECM do you use?

I just acquired a 2003 5.9 Diesel. The current ECM has been jumped up with programmer and won't pass California Smog....which I need for the title transfer, then a smog test every 2 years. So I need to make this right. The programmer that jumped it up is not with the truck so the option is have it flashed....which according to Dodge, works about 50% of time, the other 50% it turns the pickup into a planter. So I think I'll just get a remanufactured one and have it flashed to my VIN and install it my self. There are lots of reman companies....Where do you guys get your refurbed ECM's?
