    slow filling tank

    I have an 87 cab and chassis with a wide bed on it. It is VERY slow going filling the rear tank. The tank is only slightly lower than the filler opening. There is a shaped plastic pipe within the hose that seems to maybe play a crucial role in efficient filling. Anybody got some insight?

    Anybody still using the stock water seperator on the firewall?

    Mine was bypassed when I bought it, but I've been thinking about hooking it back up. I know there are better options, but this is already in place and free. I'm aware of their issues, but it anyone still using one with little trouble?

    Power steering going?

    Out of the blue (after some really hard rains) it is very hard to turn the wheel when I'm not moving. The belts are not slipping and the fluid level is up to spec. It's not hard to turn while driving, and engine RPM has no affect. Any ideas? I can't see anything wrong.

    Why did my turn signals stop blinking and my brake lights stop working?

    Out of the blue, the turn signals starting flashing really fast for a couple days then stopped flashing at all. I'm also told that my brake lights flash for a second then go out when brakes are applied. Anyone have experience with this?

    Blend door cable clips

    The cable that operates the door to pick which vents the air comes out of. Does it have more than the one clip right by the door? I have been messing with mine trying to get it to work, but it seems there is too much slack in the cable for it to do anything. Is there another clip I'm missing?

    My 87 is having glow plug issues. There is power to the controller through 2 heavy yellow wires but no power to the plugs themselves. The plugs all check good. I think my next move is to replace the relay looking thing on the top of the controller. Is this correct?

    Valve cover gaskets

    Do you guys use rtv for them? I think I will use a bit just to help keep it in place. I was going to use blue locktite on the bolts, but now am thinking I shouldn't. Also, how much oil should I expect to leak all over? I've never popped one off before.
