Help... hard starting t444e aka powerstroke
got a international with a stroker in it and having intermitten problems with it starting. sometimes in starts and others is just cranks. when it runs it runs great and that would lead me to rule out the cam sensor. the high pressure oil pump on the other hand i feel may be suspect. i hate...- jcarr

That radio is of no use to the off road community. Might be able to trade it for one that will work though. Try posting it on twowayshopper.com for trade for the kenwood tm-271 or a motorola version. I believe that the tm-271 is a VHF or 2 meter radio. The GTX trunked radio will not be compatable.- jcarr

What to do?
Heath the IP has only sat for about 3-4 months. I've never heard anything bad about Jasper but have never deal with a Jasper IDI motor either. Jasper has a good rep when it comes to gassers so I assumed, oh there's that assumed word, that they would be as good on oil burners.- jcarr

What to do?
Got the engine all the fluids and filters to do the swap. Only reason for considering a engine swap is the low miles on the "new" engine and the unknown condition/treatment/service history on the original motor. i agree on the cool head. and understand keeping it pointed the right direction but the fact that a "computer" is braking my vehicle for me takes me out of control of the vehicle.- jcarr

Rabs light has been on for a while even before the bypass issue. Wish I knew how to remove 100% of the rabs BS. I hate rear anti lock. Don't see how it does any good seeing as the front brakes do most of the stopping anyway.- jcarr

Guys I got to tell you I found one more reason the idi is on the top of my list. thats the good part of the yard most of it is so soft you cant walk across it without sinking ankle deep. Gonna require a load of gravel, on the driveway, when this winter weather is over.- jcarr
