I assume you are asking if anyone has seen a regular cab bullnose with a d50, if that is the question, then no, I can't recall any. But as Warden stated, yes the sc's did have d50's.
First place to start is to check the maxi-fuses under the hood, the pcm fuse may be burnt out or getting corrosion at the blades. Had a similar issue with a '96 earlier this winter.
I have a pickup commercially plated for 36,000 also. My dad made the mistake of going through a port a couple years ago weighing 27,500 with regular plates on this ranch pickup. A $25 ticket and $6 spent at the county treasurers office getting commercial plates that now make this pickup legal...
I love the stacked blocks on the rear axle. This pickup is another example of someone that shouldn't be allowed to touch a wrench. At least he is nice enough to allow the buyer to pay the disposal fee on all the junk tires.
