Very serious, I want this truck to get used. Going to take some better photos, the truck was scraped across something on the passenger side so it will need body work.

Tonight I got the t-case out. Earlier today I took off the other fender/step and my soft top and fiberglass tailgate.

It took longer to get the rust out of my hair haha.

Next is remove the shredded trans.

After that I'll be at a stand still until I get donor trucks here.

But also discovered my oil pan rusted through.

So maybe now is the time to take off turbo, install the BB injectors, return line kit, glow plugs, valve cover gaskets, hoping head gasket still ok, and lift engine up for new pan.

Other parts are calipers, rotors, pads, drums, shoes, axle seals.

I have had all of these parts for a long time. They have moved with me twice haha

I am sure when he said no more trucks he meant a whole truck. This one won't have an engine, so it is more like I am just buying some parts
:Thumbs Up

EDIT: Just saw the newer post. I can't be sure, but is that gaping hole where the rear wheel well used to be?

My front shocks for my 85 6.9 still haven't came in yet (bilsteins that were on backorder, wahooo) so I was able to get some rear shocks from amazon somehow 2 day primed to me. They seem to have helped some but it wasn't an oh my god moment. I think that's mostly because the rear shocks even though they were the parts store gasmatic brand were still newish looking and I shoved them down a few times and they felt similar to the fancy ones I was tossing on the back anyways. The new ones were kinda harder to push but it didn't feel like a massive difference.

The front ones that are on the truck when you push down make a weird bubble noise and aren't super hard to push so I'm not gonna judge the improvement the back makes until I eventually get the front shocks.

Random question but do the back shocks from an 85 F350 likely interchange with the back shocks of say an 89 F250 or a 90 F150? These that I took off my 85 seem to good still to toss and all of the mounting bolts are in the same position so I'd assume even if the lengths aren't the exact same and they might be that either way I could toss these on one of my other trucks? The 150 still has the factory shocks and the 250 is anyones guess but the drivers side rusted the metal cover off of one shock so I'd guess it's not doing much.
