How to tell the difference between 6.9 and 7.3 IPs?

Going to send some cores in but he only wants 7.3 pumps no 6.9 so anyway to tell?

Thats why I didn't mention names cause it starts a "who's better"

R&D gives $100(I'll look at my email) a pump vs $25 from Conestoga. I'm not picking sides here but I'll go with the best price.
