Okay this is not a diesel problem but it is a truck problem. Every time I drive down the road and go into a sweeping left hand turn, THe truck starts to shake and jump around wildly. Any answers would be much appreciated. it's kinda driving me crazy

Check tie rod ends, steering stabilizer, and wheel bearings. Does it seem like one of the tires starts to get a mind of their own? My old 77 used to do this, was a combination of ball joints wheel bearing and tie rod ends. Well, they were all loose, and replaced em all and after that it never did it anymore.

probably suspension, unless your turning hard at a decent speed 
You may have seized bearing caps in the front axle u-joints. Jack up the front axle, lock one hub and give the tire a hard spin. If the other tire lurches, you have bad front u-joints. The most common cause is not using 4WD monthly.
Of course, if this is a 2WD then disregard.

If you are running larger, wider tires, and they are getting lower on tread, they will hop across the road, i had this issue with my 92 like all the time with 33s on it and i put new tires on and never had the problem since, so before you stick alot of money in it, check your tread, also i think that this is just a wider tire issue, because ive had other fords with stock tires on the, BALD, and they didnt do it, just thought i would include my 2 cents

Perhaps a signiture with some info about your truck would be helpfull. 2WD or 4WD? Tire size? Chassis (std, ext, crew) ? Year maybe? More info is always better than little or no info.
