How does a injector become loose in the hole, when the hard line is bolted to it....?

Beats me, I've had #4, #5, #6 twice, and as of few weeks ago #2 and #7 do it, now #4 didn't have a copper gasket and #5 had two stacked, but the others were always nice and tight, yet somehow they worked themselves loose...

I'd say that injector even flows more fuel than a DPS injector.

I checked almost all of my lines when I was checking the fuel flow when I first tried to start it a few months ago so all of the lines will come off.

Anyone near KC have an injector tester I could barraugh for an evening?
