Is there any benefit other than being roller and adjustable? Are they the same ratio as stock? I know it's a pretty hefty chunk of change.

same ratio.
should be less strain on the valve guides.

my 87 has always been a good truck, but the ranchero was what really made me a fan of the IDI.
i treated that thing like a straight up rag doll!
