    As stated above, Im just curious on what are some of the cheap power upgrades or good changes I can do to a 350 chevy? Never have been a gas motor guy, mostly diesel. But I've heard about changing cams, throttle body spacer, intake, or even a carb conversion. Whats you guys' opinions?

    Brakes are too sensitive.

    I replaced my axle seal and ever since i put my calipers back on the front brakes lock up when going slow. For example, pulling into convience store parking lot and barely touched the brakes and locked em up. Anyone know anyway to fix this?

    How to find out what rear end I have?

    Everyone says there's a tag on the rear end but the only tag I can find is bolted on to the pumpkin under one of the bolts. And it has no ratios for rear ends on it. Is the tag on the axle itself? Or where specifically?

    I currently dont have an intake hose for my 6.9. Is there anywhere I can something for it, i.e. cold air intake? Or any cool ideas of what to do with it? And does a k&n filter actually make a difference?

    Oil filter question...

    I bought a new oil filter for my 6.9 but I bought a 7.3 powerstroke filter. I heard you can use one of those on a 6.9 and it'll hold more oil and be cleaner for longer. Anyone else ever hear of this? I'm going to try it but it looks like its gonna be a tight fit!

    Put a new seal in and its still leaking...

    Replaced the front cranks seal in my 87' 6.9 IDI and its still leaking! The crank wasn't grooved so I just put a new seal in. What do you guys think?

    Timing gear cover seal leaking...

    Should I use a speedi-sleeve or just get a new seal? Kind of weary about putting front seals in after trying to put one on a 5.9 cummins. Had one helluva time getting it on. Directions with pictures would be nice if anyone had any. Just don't wanna tear it apart and not be able to get it in!
