For anyone looking to swap a ZF 6 speed into a 1999-2003 F250/F350/Excursion with a 7.3 Powerstroke, I have 99% of what you will need to perform the swap.

Rebuilt never used ZF6 speed (Rebuilt by National Transmission)
NV273 (manual shift) transfer case (opened by National Transmission and inspected and re-sealed)
Shifters for both ZF6 and NV273
Front and Rear driveshafts (believe they came off a long bed crew cab, but I can measure them if needed)
PCM for the manual transmission 7.3L
NIB South Bend clutch kit WITH the pre-bled slave cylinder/master cylinder (South Bend doesn't do that anymore)
NIB Flywheel (came with the South Bend clutch kit)
Complete clutch/brake pedal assembly
Complete Manual Steering column
Oil Cooler lines from the transmission to the factory oil cooler
Aftermarket oil cooler
Remote oil cooler thermostat

I would prefer to sell this entire setup for one price so I don't have to hassle with separating it out, and this would be a great deal for someone who would like to put a manual in an Excursion. This was actually my plan which is why I have all the parts. But, as in life, plans change.

The only thing that you may need to complete the swap would be a tunnel out of a manual truck since the tunnel in the automatics was not the same size.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions/prices/pictures.
