wont start

We took the chip out and no difference

So my buddie took the Suprchip out and he says it fired right up.

So which is it? Was the chip in or not? Because if you undid it and it wouldnt start, and he undid it and it did, there is something else wrong

IDK man. He told me that his boss took the chip out and it fired right up. I took the chip out last week and it all it did was crank. But this guy tells stories alot. Its prolly just siting in his boss's shop and he didnt get any money.
