when i pulled my glow plugs

i changed my glow plugs yesterday and on the 3 hole back drive side this is what i found

oil on the one glow plugs and was all over the injectior from same cylinder whats going on in side there ?

What I saw wasn't a 'glow plug'...but an Injector

I'd suggest that you take a closer look, that image was an injector.

What is your trying to ask anyway.

Click on the thing that say's glow plug in his first post, it's a glow plug. From the picture it almost looks like it's been covered in diesel mixed with soot so it look's like oil.

Tried to fix it for him, but the file type isn't supported by photobucket.

Did you happen to try and start the pickup unsuccessfully right before pulling the glow plug's?

First time I clicked that link it was an injector...

Hard to say...way tiny pics...but oil on them not great!

I am sorry every one I am still trying to find out how to loaf pics properly but no truck was drove 10 miles wait for a hour
Then changed my glow plugs but the same glow plug and injector were coved in oil could this be part if my smoking slash miss problems also replaced injector with one from auto zone still saving to get some for typ4
