gettin sent back to Los Angeles (Glendale) for work for a whole week this time...

should be interesting. nice hotel and the wife is going with this time so hopefully i wont be so board in the evenings.

so look out left coast...incoming PA boy at noon tomorrow!!

I think that's the first time I've heard of Modesto referred to as "a little north of L.A."

Wow... Your about 30 miles from me. Want to do dinner one nite. Living here all my life I kinda know the area. Glendale has a nice location called the glendale galleria. Lots of shops and places to eat. The Nethercut Auto Museum is about 12 miles from Glendale. Robert (RLDSL) and I met there when he was out this way on tour.... Taking a drive up to Calvins would be a weekend trip but so well worth every bit of it. If you like museums the one in LA at Exposition Park has dinosars and a great space exhibit where you can see the mecury, gemeni and appllo capsuls on display. I can help you to steer clear of the other side of town.... Like hollyweird..... If I get to meet with you I'll show you what Mel wants you to make and what you and I talked about before your computer roasted itself a few months ago... There are no idi museums out this side of the world.... Sorry too about that... I do know where there is plenty of them up around frisco....

why dont we plan a get together at the glendale galleria one evening?

i doubt ill have enough time to drive too far out of the city though as its a working trip. im a machine designer/engineering consultant. a monorail crane i designed is getting and my customer is sending me out there to supervise the project as well as help with the install of his machinery so most of the week will be working. i have no idea how late ill be at the plant every night. ill know more details after monday evening.
