Ummm,Ok,So I get everything wrapped up and go to turn down the fuel(yea, back it off.Don't want to stress this temp engine too much) and I can't turn the fuel screw.I have the IP on the work bench, used a cheater bar on the allen wrench but it just flexes/twist without moving the screw.I am afraid to pull too hard.Heck, when I turned it up I only got 3 flats of movement.I know it can't be bottomed out. Also, when going to install the turbo I found out that the Factory pedistal has an itty bitty drain end but the Valley Pan/intake gasket has a really big hole......Is there 2 gaskets?one for NA and one for turbo?

I'm not certain, but I think the answer to your second question is yes. As for the IP screw, they are hard to turn under the best of circumstances. A high quality allen wrench is required. One that is very hard and not likely to bend.
