Vacuum leak and Air only blowing through defrost

My parking brake light and abs light is on, which I have heard to be low vacuum. Also the air is only blowing through the defrost which might be a vacuum leak, I have checked the lines to the HVAC system and I do not see any bad lines, however one line seems to be missing something. Do you know where this vacuum line is supposed to go? I can’t find any diagrams online

That check valve should be hooked up to your vacuum lines. + you may have a bad vacuum pump.
Buy a vacuum gauge, you will use it in the future.
