Vacuum canister mounting question

On the pickups that have the canister under the battery, is canister mounted to the plastic fender well or to the radiator support?

Most I have seen are mounted under the battery tray on the plastic fender for 92&up and next to the collant overflow bottle on the 80-91. the radiator support is generally pretty stressed out already, so I would rather not add anymore holes to it if I can avoid it.
