Transfer case output seal

I need a new rear output seal for the Transfer Case in my truck. Ford says they no longer offer the seal. Oriellys lists 3 different seals on the website. Which is correct for the stock BW 1356 with a slip yoke rear output?

Im not near my truck or I'd just stick my head under it and look. I was hoping to order the seal and have it arrive at home so when I get back I can install it.

The seal in the middle is what the one on my truck looks like, and it is a slip yoke. Pulling up the O'Reilly description also states that the middle one is for a slip yoke. http://www.oreillyauto.com/site/c/d...=Search_03685_1126763_2006&pt=03685&ppt=C0316

The first one and middle one are both slip yoke output shaft seal and they both work on the 1356, just look different is all.

The last one is the output shaft seal for the front yoke and also used as the input shaft seal.

Make sure you look at your yoke when you remove it and make sure it's not worn down in spots, put a ruler or straight edge across it to check. Also see how much play the yoke has in the transfer case as the bushing wears out in the end and will make every seal leak.
