I think I know the answers just want to make sure will a psd trans work on a idi truck the trans in the idi shifts hard between gear what could that be its a auto trans

is the o/d off light flashing? if so get it scanned for codes. if you want i can give you the number of a guy that has worked on my truck. he recognizes that fact that there is a difference between the idi and psd. he knows how to scan these. he lives north of fowlerville.
