looking for a cheap trailer brake controller for bottom dollar!

I have one I paid like $60 for, put it in my van to pull my tandem home, never used it again. Sold the van and took it out, and it is laying on the shelf in my building...what's it worth to you! Oh, and shipping should be low since we are both in Ohio. Probably about 1 year old. Came from Tractor Supply, believe it is Hidden Hitch, but will have to check.
