There isnt a chance my bro can fit 35" tires on his F250, is there

My brother found a set of wheels identical to what he has on grandpas truck, which is his now, and he thought it would be cool to have the same wheels on both grandpas truck and his daily driver F250. The largest tires we have ever had on any of our trucks are 33's and the tires that come with the wheels are near new and are 35's. He figures there's no way he could get enough money out of them from selling them to justify even trying after all I got offered for my new Bridgestone tires was $120, so he doesnt even want to try. He'd rather figure out a way to fit those tires on his truck and wear them out than try to sell them.
So what's your opinion, whats needed to fit 35's on a 94 F250?

4" rear blocks from an F350, an add-a-leaf for the front, trim and possible space out the front bumper.

I've had my 35's on both of my F250's, the 6.9 truck has a 2" BL, the gasser rig has a 3"(this was before the D60 swap, picture is my avatar...) if the suspension is in good shape on that 94, a 2 or 3" body lift should do the trick, some trimming of the bumper may be needed too. There is less room in the wheel wells on the later trucks, so the 3" will probably be the best way to go. A 4" suspension lift would probably do the trick, with maybe some minor trimming needed.

2'' level kit and a move the bumper forward a couple of inches. Just watch for holes and terrain more then 8 inches. The tires will bounce on the inside of the fender wells.

I have 35s on my 93 250 with no lift, just have to move the bumper ahead.

If it was an 80's body style, I'd say it would fit without issue.
