Car was hardstarting and smoking alot. Especially on WMO.

Decided to open it up and see whats going on. Mind you, this is after 2500 miles on the most filthy sludge WMO I could find. First two pics are of the pre-chamber, how it should look like and what mine looks like; all gummed up. Also the spacers (burnplates) that fit in there were practically shut close, except for a small hole in the middle where fuel was sprayed through . A new is below them for comparison. Insane.

Cleaned everything, new spacer plates, and she fired right up

Yeah, make sure you're filtering good before it goes in the tank and at least once a month you need to hit some steep hills or pull a trailer the get your EGTs up and burn out those chambers.

Those have an efficiency rating you know. I would check the efficiency of such filter you are using.

That's why I use a centrifuge. I'm the long run it's cheaper than filters and cleans better.
