So the other day had a blue hair run a stop sign and t-boned her so insurance total'ed my 97 psd but i got to keep it. So i was thinking about pulling the psd and tranny and putting in my 92 f250. I figured i will have to change the harness in the cab because of the obd II port but what else? any thoughts on doing this?

Considering you have the donor truck, the swap won't be that hard, just time consuming.
You will have to change the whole harness, but, the dash comes out plenty easy, and if you leave the harness attached to it, it'll swap right over easily.

you need the dash harness as wel as all the under hood wiring for the headligjhts and possibly the tranny harnes and splice the 97 tail light harness connector to the 92s tail light wrireing.

youll also need the 97s radiator support as well since the psd uses a different radiator and the supports are different
