I see that Summit Racing stocks injectors for our trucks, decent price too. Has anyone ever ordered from them before? Just curious about them, they are not Delphi brand but havent been too impressed with Delphi in the past.
My only other choice is to order from Pensacola, I dont want rebuilt, new only. Injectors have gone up quite a bit in cost compared to the new set I bought 4 years ago for 155 bucks.

Ken... Mel or Russ are the only places I can recommend to buy injectors from. You can try ebay and see if some of the sellers have new but you still are taking the ebaY CHANCE.

Plus Russ and Mel test the ones they sell so they are closely matched. Well worth any extra (not much I'm sure) that might be charged. I have no personal experience with Pensacola, but from everything I hear it can be a crap shoot.

As long as I can get new injectors anywhere, I'm fine with that.
I have a shop here in town that tests injectors for me for 5 bucks a piece, they'll calibrate them for 20.

I may call Mel and see what he gets for a set but I can say right now, I'll get killed if I spend anymore large amounts of money on these two clunkers of mine.LOL
She's watching me!;Really

Value comes at a price. I realize it sure would be great if we could buy the least expensive items and get a top quality item be it a bed, fender or a set on injectors. Quality costs and thats what moves the market. If your water pump was lasting 25 years why would you buy the cheapest rebuilt pump to replace it. Buy the oem part from Ford and be content with another 25 years. Buy the cheap ebay deal and replace it next year. I could care less bout a lifetime warranty. You know you never pay again for what you bought but sure as hell your replacing it many times. Now hows that lifetime warranty feeling. I do enjoy wrenching on my engines but doing the same job over and over is inane...

Nah, ya never want to buy quality parts like injectors. Ya buy the one's that are not matched, then spend $5 bucks each getting them pop tested, or $20 bucks each for calibration, then 3-4 hrs changing them, then couple hours timing the engine.
Yeah, I'm being Sarcastic, but 9 out of 10 times, that's the way it is.
