Smoking Problem

I got a new F350 CC and when i got it it smoked really bad even when idling i replaced the injectors and return lines and it seems to run a little smoother but still rough. The smoking has quit when idling but when i get on it and push it it smokes grayish smoke i dont know what else to do. Any suggestions would help thanks

Well how old is the fuel on that tank? Is it all #2 diesel?

Do you know the ip history? A bad timing advance on the pump will do that.

im not sure about the diesel the guy i got i from said that it wasnt used very much for awhile not sure how long but when we changed the injectors the fuel smelled like it was mixed with kerosene. I dont know anything about the ip i looks prety new so it may be a little out of time.
