Diesel_Brad,

You have the perfect truck there (Or at least in my opinion).

You have a Slantnose (80-86)
with
The Victorian Paint Option. (A $1500 option in 1983)

We had an 83 F-150 4X4 with the same scheme only your Blue was Light Desert Tan and your white or light blue was a Chocolate Brown..... I learned to drive in that truck and has to be one of my all time favorites..... Keep it in that shape. I would love to find the 250/350 IDI Twin of our 150.....

Thanks guys. I am kinda partial to the white and blue myself.
And i will say the slant nose is best.
When i repaint the truck it will get the same white(cream) but undecided on the blue. I want something just abit more brilliant.

But It will probably not be your guys perfect truck when i am done:eek:
List of mods for this winter:
Powerstroke swap
Zf5
D60
4:10s
Lower the truck using a RSK, SD "V" code front springs and "B" code rear springs and air bags for load handling

Next winter:
500hp
frame off resto

O and here is a bigger pic from last winter:D

Mind if I ask you how well that fender fit for you? After buying a new door shell I'm a little gun shy of reproduction parts.

Its not a factory fit but Ive seen worse. I still need to mess with it though and get it lined up better.

The thickness of the metal though is so thin on the thing its almost like foil compared to the rest of the truck.
