1988 Ford F-250 with a 7.3 Liter IDI diesel engine and a 4 speed with overdrive manual transmission. This is a running project vehicle that is not currently licensed. My plan was to fix it up as a weekend hunting camping truck to go out with my sons during the season. However, plans have changed and I am moving. So far the truck has a rebuilt injection pump, rebuilt injectors, new glow pugs and glow plug relay, marine diesel electric fuel pump, new fuel lines, new front fuel tank, new front fuel tank sensor, new thermostat, new brake booster, new high torque starter, and an upgraded 3G alternator.
The Lear camper topper needs to be refinished with some new plexiglass or as I was planning a frame to hold a window AC unit. I have a clean clear title in hand. This is a great opportunity for someone that knows these trucks and has the place to work on finishing it up.
