SCA Additive and Test strips...

Im using fleetcharge coolant. I want to test the coolant are these test strips ok to use? http://www.napaonline.com/Catalog/CatalogItemDetail.aspx?R=FIL4107_0331367302 My next question is if I do need to add sca's is vc-8 acceptable?

Thats what I use to test my coolant. I use FC also. I would use the Napa coolant additives. Ive never had to add additives though. then again I dont think Ive held coolant in my truck for more than a year.

Those test strips will work to test your coolant as Jimbob mentioned.

VC-8 is a DCA4 type of sca where as the fleetcharge uses DCA2. The napakool additive is DCA2 so if you need to add some get that instead.
