I know the problem customers. The ones that it's anyone's fault but there own.
Every once in a while a customer starts with "The last guy that towed me ruined the (transmission, wheels, paint job) etc etc". Those people's vehicles never touch my truck.
As far as collateral damage to the vehicle, it's on them not me. I'll guarantee damage free on a stock, properly operating vehicle. Wanna lower it, lock it in gear, lose a wheel? Your problem not mine.
