Re-arc springs

I am in the process of installing Sky Manufacturing front shackle reversal and rear shackle flip. I took the rear springs to have some work done. The spring shop told me they needed to be rebuilt. When I told them what I was doing, they recommended on NOT doing rear shackle flip. I had the shop rebuild the springs, add a leaf and re-arc for a little lift. I paid 500.00. That included new shackles, all new u-bolts (front and back), rebuild with added lift.
