Does anyone know where to buy 9 in the image below? It's the little rubber isolator between the coil spring and the cup. None of the box stores seem to have it. Rockauto doesn't know about them either, and the Ford part site I got this image from skips 9 altogether in their list of parts available.

I don't really know that it makes a difference, but I have it all apart.....

If I can't find them, I may just get western with a heat gun and some old rubber floor mats or mud flaps. :)

FYI, Oreilly's has part# MasterPro FM1649 which is an insulator for a Crown Vic. Fits almost perfectly. I doubt it will move much with 1000lbs+ of force pushing down on it. It's much thicker than the original sandwich baggie material that was on it before. Probably because the Vic is a much softer/quieter ride.

if you really wanted to, you could probably just squirt some silicon down into the little 3/16" gap if it really bothers you.

$8 out the door and no 5 days of shipping.
