Question about new vacuum pump pulley

I purchased a dorman v-belt vacuum pump pulley along with a vacuum pump and I noticed groove in the new dorman pulley is much deeper than the original one. Is this going to create problems? Other than that, they look the same.

Should be fine. Any reason you couldn't use your old one?

Well the old one is stuck on pretty good. I just bought a PS puller set at HF and it wouldn't budge. When I can get a new pulley for $30, I figured it wasn't worth my time messing with it all day.
