93 should be serpentine belt pulley. If someone here doesnt have one you'll probably have to ebay it.

Presumably you want serpentine.

A used pump with a pulley on it. A bit expensive ($135+tax+shipping), but if you need it badly enough, it might be worth it to you: https://www.ebay.com/itm/267132111226

(Not my listing)
I have a serpentine belt on it. All the auto part stores around where I live either not in or they can’t get it. Can you just buy new bearings

I looked on rock auto and others yesterday and the pulley is on back order for serpentine idis. Maybe they’ll come in around may but dang; rock auto has the v belt pulleys in stock

@Jonboy92675 i think bronco graveyard might has them. Definitely double check fitment with the years etc I’m only familiar with v belt - seems they have earlier idi and power stroke not sure what works with 93

After replacing multiple belt driven vacuum pumps, I deleted the vacuum pump, added a superduty dual pulley tensioner, replaced the vacuum booster with a hydro boost system from an F-superduty and added a newer superduty electric vacuum pump to provide vacuum for the blend doors in my A/C system. brakes are 100% better AND no more Vacuum pump failures. just a thought if you can’t find a pulley.

Remind me... What's the difference between the idi serp and PSD serp vac pump pulley? Tons of PSD pulleys available

I feel like the backspacing was different. I will go back and see if I can find the thread where I posted pictures and dimensions of the ps one.

I have some numbers for you but I am kinda questioning whether or not my 97 uses the same pulley as the 95 because mine doesn't even look like my 92.

Before I even put a tape on it the first thing I noticed is that the 97 doesn't have the lip on the front to keep the belt on. The other obvious difference is that the IDI is dished on the back so the pulley kinda goes down over the front of the pump, the 97 sticks out on the back so the pulley is entirely in front of the pump.

As for physical dimensions the diameter of the area the belt rides on is about 4.125" on both, the width is about 1.375" on both (not counting the flared edge on the IDI pulley). They are both .625" shaft, this next one is where things change, the back spacing measured from the front edge is 1" on the IDI and 1.125" on the powerstroke.

Not sure any of this will be of any help. I figured the 94.5 - 97 powerstroke all used the same setup but not certain about that. I guess you could check the part # for the 97 and see if it's the same as the 95 you posted.

That thread was much further back than I thought it was. Here are the dimensions for the powerstroke pulley.

Same shaft size... I wonder if it'll work enough.

There's a lip on the idi pulley -- not on the '95 PS pulley -- I've been told other than that, dimensions and fitment are the same
