Pyroil diesel fuel treatment?

Is this stuff worth using? A guy near me is selling 23 cases of it for a good price.

The funny part of this is why wouldn't 23 cases sell on the open market??? Before you buy it from the seller go out and buy some and try it first. Then make a dicission about how it works. I know you can find it in one gallon jugs in big truck stops so maybe its good to use...
