Pully questions

does anyone know if there are any other applications that our pullys(Serp setup) were used?There is a company out there that makes some real Perdy billet aluminum jobs but nothing is listed for the diesels.I was wondering if I could give them some applications that had the same size and backset pullys that they might carry and could cobble a set together.

Sounds to me like as good excuse as any to get a lathe.

Once you get yourself a set whittled out, then you could set up production.

Well,If i really wanted to I could make bunch of them at work.....I get paid to play with a CNC Lathe!3 of them at one time and usually one is out of work right now.Really shouldn't be too hard to write a program but the problem is,getting aluminum stock in the plant and finished parts out or aquiring the correct grade of stainless from the scrap drums in the correct size......Great thing about 2nd,after 5-6PM,no bosses and our supervisor don't care what we do as long as our little green lights are on,on the working machines.
