pressures and hose size

what is the maximum spike pressure in the Fuel Return lines and what is the normal sustained pressure in said lines?

Also,what is the size of the heater hose(ID),Waste Gate hose,any any other smaller rubber lines.

I would doubt there is a measurable presure in the fuel return line. It drops in from the ceiling of the tank, so there is no presure on that end. The lines have two different diameters depending on which T's your running. The 6.9's were smaller than the 7.3, but either one will work on either engine. I have 6.9 T's and returns on the Lady Moose, with no problems. Can't recall what the line diamters are exactly, but I want to say 1/4" and 5/16".
