Just drove this beauty from Georgia to Upstate New York...She has a few issues but i am working on it. I plan on running with WVO or WMO starting this summer and have found loads of info on this board and wanted to say thanx to everyone. If i run into any "Ohh-****" troubles i will be sure to post, but i owned/drove/worked on my own big truck for several years so diesel engines are not new to me.

I found a used Gear Vendors(all wiring and stuff too) for $500...its for a C6 2wd so i will have to buy a new adapter for my transfer case. Are there going to be any other "surprises" i need to buy to get this thing in my truck? (Besides shorten drive shaft)

I also have a line on a Factory 93/94 Turbo setup....dunno price yet, but should i even consider one?

Well i installed my new injector install kit today and stopped my leaking fuel/air problems.....now its on to the glow plugs! Tested glow plugs and all are good, installed new GPR and still no good.....must be controller . I can jump the relay and truck starts fine.....maybe i will just do the push button mod and be done with it.

Will have my GV on Wednesday

Sweet. I just got ny Gearvendors today. I've for a coupe turbo kits but haven't had a chance to put one on. Bit I will say it made a hugh difference on my parts truck.

Wanderin... Go to ebay and look under... gear vendors... You will find all kinds of gear vendors adapters.... If you don't find the one you need the factory will only take what you have and charge you a fee for the one you want... they will not sell outright any adapters. this is their business practice and has been for many years. They controll all the adapters on the open market this way... How these other sellers are "finding" these listed adapters on ebay is a mystry....

I installed my GP controller bypass switch today. I really hate making permanent holes in my dash so......

Also installed my old radio i had laying around. Used a cheapo wire and mounting kiy from JCWhitney....Had to replace both door speakers too as they were blown

And i also got some new sneakers for the Ferd. Was a decent deal on 5 used tires from an F350 dually that i just needed to break down off the rims....
