The boss brought this home from Zip's, on Friday.

07 4300, DT466 220hp, 5-speed auto, Vulcan 892 w/ 6500lb wheellift.

Unfortunately, we can't use it, on the 'in-transit' tag.

No worries Calvin. The boss made them throw in a brand new one. We just haven't installed it, yet. The dollies need to go on, too. I think they might end up under the bed, in beds, or boxes.

if you run the the salt belt, you don't want under bed dollie mounts.
that's good you're getting a sling. having every tool in the arsenal availble to you is very important in our line of work.
too many kids these day do not know when to sling and the results or horrendous.

+1 on that

too many kids these day do not know when to sling and the results or horrendous.

One of our operators feels the need to tell me how stupid I am, for using a sling. He thinks the wheel lift makes it obsolete. This is the same guy who gripes, because I moved the seat & mirrors. I leave candy wrappers in the ashtray, just to irritate him.:shake:

Life has it's little rewards.
