When i onl yhad 6 autolite plugs in mine it would heat 5 seconds still enough to fire my engine, after i put all 8 autolites in it, then it heated anywere from 8-20 seconds when real cold, always fired, autolite1108's never burned out on me hey they were free

and only one out of that bunch of plugs burned out on in my engine in a years time. maybe that was a good set of plugs

Well, I am glad to hear that it was a simple fix! No one wants to replace the controller and relay, just to have to turn around and replace all 8 plugs.

that's great news.... I have a few loose nuts on my truck as well - biggest one is behind the steering wheel...

yea the one behind the steering wheel on my truck is pretty loose as well
