My friend ended up falling in love with my IDI enough so that he convinced himself he needed one LOL In the 60s-80s all he owned was IH trucks so he has really come to love IH. Sorry no pics right now.

Its a clean 86 Lariat F250 super cab with a T19 and an ATS turbo that he picked up for less than $1k. Turns out it isn't the sail shell 088 and its not the waste gated 093. Its non-gated with the big long rectangle ATS filter housing. I haven't seen this style pop up on OB (or anywhere for that matter) often and I was wondering if you guy's could give me some details on it?

Funny part is he said the truck gets up and scoots pretty good. I asked him what kind of boost its pushing and he said "well I can't get it to smoke at all and if I really lay into it it comes close to 5psi" LOL I think I'll help him turn up the pump a bit and then see what he has to say ;Sweet

Hard to say without pics.

My van IDI has an ATS that sounds alot like what you are describing. The up-pipes bolt to the manifolds like and 093 and the downpipe is larger and round. I don't think it would clear the firewall on a truck.

:dunno

I know...not much help, but it will push this up until the cavalry arrives.

(Well F100Guy beat me to it.)

Cool thanks you guy's. That's definitely the one you guys are describing ;Sweet

I'm thinking with the smaller housing this one might spool up a little quicker than the .088... If its even noticeable. Hopefully it isn't terrible to get rebuilt parts for if the time ever comes.
