;Sweet

I have been planning on an across-the-dash gauge/switch/indicator panel that will reside on top of the dash and reach just less than half-way across.

I had been wondering how I was going to address the rounded ends and back-side; now I know = THANKS. ;Sweet

One thing I have planned is to make the front face in three removable panels = big truck style, such that I can easily access the back-side/inside for maintenance and additions.

Great write-up.

I will get a pic of the "space ship" when it is all done. I will be supporting 7 glowshift gauges and 3 autometer gauges. can you say light show!

THANKS a lot. Now instead of lazing around reading Oilburners on my Christmas break from college I'll have to make a danged gauge pod for my truck.

Thats a good article, just like building door panels and sub boxes when I did car audio. Basically anything you want to build you can with glass!
