M90 on an 4.2L F-150

So I thought about it and I figured it would be easier to put a supercharger in my 4.2L F-150 rather than twin turbo it, lol. So I found an M90 out of a 3.8L Thunderbird, and since those two motors are the same Essex V6 motor (4.2L is just stoked more) I was wondering if it would bolt up and how much power increase to expect out of it. What all will I need?
