K so beast runs ok starts like *****! Gp or gp controler issues so far as I am able to tell.
Managed peek a boo and though dirty the turbo has no play!!
I am really struggling to post pictures frkm my phone and it is PMO big time.
Need internet to work my comp amd post pics.
Got air filter adapter and intake feed to turbo off. It is now clean....ugh Oh how I dezpise filthy engines!!!
Have to TAPE up the turbo to seal it up and get hot steam cleaner going..started yesterday but this is going be lots of blast let dry soak...blast let dry soak...ugh...
Once I can touch it and not become black with filth I will pull all gp and do comp test. Seejng as I have done a comp test Tech 101 I may do a leakdown Tech 101...

That's quite the interesting set-up. Is it hydraulic or just hydraulic triggered? That looks literally like a pressure switch. Sorta reminds me of a really old school trailer brake type deal. How does it work Al? Do you arm it and it kicks in when you step on the brakes?

Just went out n looked...no lines T'd into brakes at MC...but will figure it out in time...sure be nice to know the brand of exhaust brake...

hell if McGuyver can do it with a brake pressure switch and a door lock solenoid, we can do it a little better! 
They used to say around the office that McGyver didn't have $h!t on me so.... who knows. The hard part for me is the butterfly and actuator. The controls are no sweat. I really want to do an exhaust brake but the BD stuff is REALLY expensive. I'll be really intereseted to see what you find out about it.
