looking for an ats intake hat.

Im looking for an ats intake hat for my banks set up, i read that i could fab it up and get rid of that POS air box that does nothing anyways. Hopefully someone can find something out

You're not the only one looking. The other day I heard a weird noise, turned out to be that hunk of scrap metal airbox vibrating. Apparently with all the mashing, kicking, and banging that it takes to get that monster installed I tore the gasket (which never looked like it would do much sealing anyway) and its now off. Doubt I'm getting much boost that way.

how ironic! I was cleaning crap out this weekend and found I had the ATS stock air intake hat, and the air cleaner box from my truck. I was going to toss it on the marketplace here when I had a chance to take a pic. If you are interested let me know

I just purchased and ATS turbo system that I plan to intercool, I'm trying to acquire an intake hat that accommodates an intercooler. If I can find the part and you are still unable to find one of the regular ones I'll be more than happy to sell it.

Hey Oldblue, I think Typ4 makes the intake hats for intercooling, or at least he used to. I'd love to do an IC project but so far it's not looking likely for this spring/summer. Too much school and work stuff going on to have the truck down for that long.
