Little Torubles found today

Well It all started out CRAPPY, Pulled the truck into the garage and for some reason I dont know why since I done the same thing a million times, well got the front end in there and I hear some crunches, get out and OOPS my middle cab light and the garage door met! Well that's the beginning. Once I get it in there I discover my passenger side hub cap is missing, I bet it fell off when I hit that huge crater leaving Taco bell yesterday! Wait wait not it one more thing. I finally get under the truck and discover I got a huge @$$ oil leak cant tell if its coming from my rear seal or oil pan...Both are hard to replace right? Hope the rest of the day goes better!

Wait till you find out how much that front wheel cover costs.... The oil leak might not be that bad - I had the same thing happen, turned out the nipple to the oil pressure sending switch broke giving a fairly high flow of oil leaking with no advance drips to warn me.

What hub cap are you missing? I have some Ford Alcoa ones I would like to sell. I also have the turbine style steel wheel ones as well.

Here's my market place ad for the Alcoa ones.
These are new, had them on my brown truck for a while, never really put any miles on them, just to go take pics for diesel power magazine.

I converted my truck to 4wd and dont want to cut these nice caps up to fit my new axle.
These are $90 each through Ford, if you can get a dealer to locate them. And good luck finding them used.
I would like $75 shipped!!!

And this is Ray's gorgeous example of an 87-91 body truck, sporting the "turbine" style hub caps like the other ones that I have.

Well my truck is 4wd so those top ones wont work, the bottom pic is of what I have on mine now. Actually Id like to have some that are on the newer Fords like the ones in this picture. But will they fit my truck since my rims are older, also I have stock rims which are 16's.

No they will not. I know, those are the nicer hub caps, but if you dont have the later 8" wide wheels then they will not fit over your axle hubs. I have the whole range of these trucks and a few have the late style hub caps, but they will not fit on any of the other ones without swapping wheels tires and all. And Im not going to do that.
The only other option would be to put spacers behind all 4 wheels then you should come out right. But if you want the turbine style hub caps that I have I'll ask my dad what he wants for them.
