Well we got the 86 all (sorta ready) for an 1800 mile trip to Corpus Cristy, Tx. for a Ships reunion. (Navy).
Be pullin out of here around 7PM ,probably closer to 8PM way things go.
Be heading from Gardnerville towards Las Vegas. That should be a good 5 hours or more. 95 down through
Nevada is all 2 lane windy going through every wide spot called a town with Buford T Justice just waitin for
a City Slicker he can write up.
Truck is fueled up with a good 60 gallons of fuel, clean Oil, 3 new tires, new Hydro Boost, Wiper Motor and Switch along with Ignition switch....and new Wipers.
Was going to install the new Big plastic Fan blade I bought off the Forum and a new MotorCraft Fan Clutch today
I`ll be danged if that bug Nut will budge , even using the special wrench. I`ll deal with it when we get back.
Even painted it Black with 3" or so of the tips John Deere yellow. Watched a guy on YT, and a couple tap taps and it spin right off.
OK gotta hit the trail....
