I posted the other day about a KELO pump but I wrote it down wrong it's a KOLE pump. Anyone ever heard of this kind of ip? Google is helpless and it's not a factory pump for this truck because it doesn't have a torque screw? Any opinions? Thanks!
Never heard of this, but might explain the bug fog thats trailin ya!
If it ever needs a pump it won't be a factory pump it will be a baby moose or a moose pump! I'm thinking about going ahead an upgrading injectors to bb codes if money allows but if I can scrape up 300 I think I'll keep on saving an get about 600 and buy a turbo. I'll take pics tommarow afternoon whenever I get home
I wouldn't go slapping BBs in if you don't know haw the pumps doing I've heard new injectors can kill weak pumps I've swapped injectors on old IPs plenty of times with no problem But I've heard it enough that I always keep in mind it could happen.
Id get a pyro and Turbo that ol girl, see what she'll do!
Yeah if it is a turned up pump be careful. You don't have a pyro so keep the smolke levels low and get a pyro as soon as you can. I wouldn't advocate outright replacment of injectors. Test don't guess. If you can't find the rev limiter, be sure to watch the tach and keep i under 4000. Over 4000 you can float valves and cause all kinds of major carnage before you even know it.
what size down pipe and exhaust is runnin to the stacks?
It's n/a now but just factory pipe with no muffler a piece of flex pipe going to 3 inch in the bed and to the 5" stacks
