Is this an IDI oil cooler?

I need a 7.3 style oil cooler for my brown trucks engine rebuild and found this one on the net. I cant tell for sure if its an IDI oil cooler, or a powerstroke cooler.

Cool, thanks for the help guys. It was really cheap, and I thought there was something up with it.

that and the fact the sheet metal barrel is covered in surface rust would make me a little nervous too.

ok. ll ask the question. why wont a powerstroke oil cooler interchange becuse the header gaskets and o rings ae the same part numbers for both a IDI and a powerstroke.

this is according a large ford truck dealer in Indianapolis and I was told this just a jew months ago when I picked up o rings for one of my IDIs.

the o rings are the same, but the gaskets are not.
