Looks like sufficient movement. Are you sure your clutch disk is installed the correct way. I seem to recall some issues about no working if installed backwards.

I’m not sure how helpful it is, but here is a photo of my slave cylinder travel on my ZF-5. I have a video, but I don’t see a way to upload it so hopefully the pictures give a good idea.
You must be registered for see images attach
Thank you! Yea you have to upload videos to YouTube first to be able to have them on here which is stupid, it appears to be that I have enough slave travel

Interesting how I found nothing to be wrong with the pedal assembly even though I found there to be quite a lot of play in it

Great, what ever you did, some times that is what it takes.
When you had the shaft in your hand in the 3rd picture, would have been a good time to grind off the weld, and drive out the pin and do the Heim Joint Mod.
Unless you already did it.

Glad you are up and running.

Oh yea, just did it the other week as I thought play in my clutch rod was my issue.

Well heim joint mod wasn’t without its difficulties… the rod bent while tightening the lock nut and driving home made it buckle
Is there a way to get the rod out of the master I’ve tried before but was unsuccessful but maybe y’all know

Here is a thread on how to remove the rod from the MC.

IDIOT mentions he cut some 3/8" tubing in half.
