Here's mine.
It's a 2002 Dodge 6bt cummins intercooler with a 3" piping system, an extreme velocity intake hat with a 5" spacer under the velocity hat. The little bit that I got to drive the truck it seemed to be a very efficient system. I couldn't get my EGT's over 950* no matter how hard I tried and I ran 10psi boost which I thought was very good with that large of an intercooler.

That looks really nice! Is there space for the grill? Also do you have more pictures i would like to see how it looks!

Thanks! I wish it still ran. I'll be finding out exactly what's wrong with it this weekend.
Haha, uh no not really. Not for the stock grill anyway. I'm gonna have to get a custom aluminum sheet grill made for it. What kind of pics do you want. Let me know and I'll be sure to take whatever it is you want.
Thanks again. I really think this system is an efficient one. I guess I should have mentioned the main reason I went for the 02 Cummins IC was because of my wider style radiator, I needed the wider IC and that one fit perfectly. The only issues I have with it are it's so big I can't fit a grill, there's no way to fit the outlets into the engine compartment without trimming the wheel wells, and last but not least it cools so well I can't even tell I have a turbo on the truck. lol

I am pretty sure he is running hypermax, look at how the turbo is rotated parallel with the cab.

It is the older 088 Non waste gated ATS turbo system. I must say, it's a PITA to put that turbo on there. I had to lift the cab almost 12" to get the up pipe to slip by the cab/firewall seam. It sucked big time getting it in there. But after its in there it fits really nice. The biggest thing I like about my system is you don't have to remove anything to do maintenance on the glow plugs and it leaves a lot of open space on the top of the engine in general.

thats weird Nebraska. I had no clearance problems whatsoever with that system.
I wonder if the space between engine and firewall vary between trucks?
On another note, I see your engine bay and have a question, how is that intake hat attached to the intake?

My main problem with it was I couldn't separate the up pipe from the turbo housing so I had to fit that whole pipe, exhaust flange and all down through there and let me tell you it's not fun. I'm not one bit whatsoever happy about having to pull my drivers side head now, and that entails replacing the valley pan since it will be junk after pulling the intake and head, which means guess what, I get to pull the cab off and pull the turbo back out again. Ugh!
About the intake hat, there is a stud running down through the middle of it. That hat is actually made for those monstrous Holley race carbs that are built for turbocharged engines. It's really a slick thing because it has a directional velocity plate inside of the hat that accelerates the speed of the intake charge as it passes through that hat. I'm not sure if it adds any HP or anything but it's a cool idea and I thought it wouldn't hurt to try it.

Where did you get it with out spending bank. New ones are like 200 bucks?
